Each plant has a fully equipped testing laboratory and personnel who are V.A.A.P. Level III
certified to test and design systems for all kinds of weather and aggregate sources.
To insure continued quality and accommodate ever changing markets, our
research staff is constantly testing new materials and technology as we look to the future of the
highway, airport and commercial pavement industry..
